An agreement exists between all State and Territory schemes allowing you to move interstate to work in the industry and continue accruing long service leave credits.

Workers should monitor their total combined service accrued in all States and Territories and apply for long service leave once they have met the service requirements of the State or Territory where they are living and working at that time.
